What's that smell?

As we were driving to the dentist for a small filling for Killian, Molly complained of a smell in the air.  "What's that smell?" she asked.  

"What does it smell like?"

"Dirty socks.....Yucky...REALLY yucky...tart....and...the smell of a factory that makes TOILETS!"
